The Round 3 of Rajasthan NEET UG 2026 counselling provides an opportunity for candidates to compete for seats that become available because of:
- Candidates not joining their allotted colleges.

Rajasthan NEET UG 2026 Round 3 Application Fee and Security Deposit
All fresh candidates are required to deposit a non-refundable application fee of ₹2500/- (₹ 1500/- for SC, ST, ST-STA category candidates of Rajasthan state domicile) + applicable transaction charges. (Already registered candidates need not apply/deposit the registration fee again). The security deposit, which depends on the seat and course, is as follows.
- ₹50,000 for UR/EWS, SC/ST/ST-STA and OBC/MBC candidates opting for government seats (MBBS) in government medical colleges, government society medical colleges, RUHS-CMS and ESIC MC
- ₹2,00,000 for management seats (MBBS) in government society colleges and RUHS-CMS
- ₹5,00,000 for NRI seats (MBBS) in government colleges, government society colleges and RUHS-CMS
- ₹5,00,000 for MBBS in private medical colleges
- ₹10,000 for candidates opting only for BDS in government dental colleges, RUHS-CDS and private dental colleges
Note: Candidates who deposit ₹2,00,000 or ₹5,00,000 can also fill choices for government medical and dental colleges, government society colleges, RUHS-CMS, RUHS-CDS, ESIC MC and private dental colleges.
Rajasthan NEET UG 2026 Round 3 Choice Filling & Locking
The seat allotment will be based on the candidate’s NEET UG 2026 state merit. For candidates willing to participate or upgrade in Round 3, it is mandatory to fill fresh choices in Round 3 irrespective of whether the candidate was allotted/joined a seat in Round 1/2 or not.
The choices filled by a candidate in Round 1 / Round 2 shall be scrapped and will not be considered for Round 3. If a candidate does not fill fresh choices for Round 3, then he/she will not be considered for allotment/upgradation in Round 3. Things to consider at the time of choice filling are as follows.

The actual Round 3 vacancies can differ from the overall revised seat matrix because seats are affected by admissions, upgrades, and withdrawals during earlier counselling rounds. Rajasthan NEET UG 2026 Reporting Rules
Allotted candidates must report at the allotted college desk in the Academic Block, SMS Medical College, Jaipur. Candidates must carry the following documents while reporting.
- The allotment letter printout.
- All original documents and the required bonds.
- Two copies of the application form, with two sets of photocopies of the required documents.
- Four copies of the allotment letter and the fee receipt.
The board has also set the following conditions for candidates:
- A candidate allotted a fresh or upgraded seat in Round 3 who does not join will forfeit the security amount and cannot take part in later rounds.
- A candidate with “Joined” status after Round 3 cannot take part in later rounds.
